Revel in the richness of our scientific heritage and join Violet Moller, one of our leading historians, as she explores the journey of the ideas of three of the greatest thinkers of antiquity - Euclid, Galen and Ptolemy - through seven cities and 1,000 years.

Violet’s talk is based around her book, The Map of Knowledge, described as 'an epic treasure hunt' by John Agard, the poet and playwright.
