WIN A ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME DINING EXPERIENCE

At Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, London

To celebrate our spring exhibition Labyrinth: Knossos, Myth & Reality, Heston Blumenthal’s team at Dinner, led by Head Chef Jonathan Bowring and Creative Director Deiniol Pritchard, have created a unique taste of ancient history inspired by the artefacts of Knossos.

To mark this exciting partnership, we're giving you the opportunity to win a meal for four people from the 'Taste History – Labyrinth’ menu at two Michelin-starred Dinner by Heston Blumenthal at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, including paired wines selected by the restaurant’s sommelier.

Working with ingredients and techniques to produce a modern interpretation of Minoan cuisine, the special menu will give guests a taste of ancient Greek history. Dishes include a starter of seafood and sea snails derived from one of the exhibition’s highlights – a finely carved marble triton shell, showcasing the skill of the Minoan craftspeople and their particular interest in marine animals. Dishes are infused with herbs, which were foraged to add flavour during this period, including Cretan wild herbs, smoked fennel, and saffron emulsion.

For your chance to win a taste of history and enjoy this Knossos-inspired feast at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, enter our competition using the form below. Terms and conditions apply, please see below for details.
